合格人员信息表有什么用处

去领了信息系统项目管理师，还领了一张计算机技术与软件专业技术资格考试合格人员信息表，不知道有什么用处，说是评职称的时候用的，要存在个人业务考绩档案，个人业务考绩档案和我们平常所说的档案是否一样？我暂时不要评职称，不知是自己这样保存还是放在档案里面，
